When you submit a request, you represent and warrant that you have a permissible purpose and appropriate authorization, and that you will use any results in compliance with applicable law, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) where applicable. You are solely responsible for your use of the services and any results, and you agree not to use the services to harass, stalk, or unlawfully surveil any person.
4. Services, scans, and investigations
Rapid AEye surfaces the evidence that may be available around an incident and, where you request it, coordinates licensed investigators to help retrieve it. A scan reports what evidence likely exists and where; it is not a guarantee that any particular evidence exists, is available, or is admissible. Where you elect professional retrieval, that work is performed by licensed investigators, including Kevin W. McClain Investigations Ltd., subject to their availability and applicable law. Results are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice.
5. Disclaimer
All materials and results on Rapid AEye's website and services are provided "as is". Rapid AEye makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties. Rapid AEye does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials, results, or any sites linked to this website.
6. Limitations
Rapid AEye and its suppliers will not be held accountable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the materials, results, or services, even if Rapid AEye or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Investigation tiers are offered on a per-request basis and are charged through our payment provider, Stripe. Our "no hit, no fee" guarantee means that if a scan surfaces no available evidence for your incident, you are not charged for that scan. Rapid AEye reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

Rapid AEye has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. The presence of a link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.
10. Modifications
Rapid AEye may revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By using this website and the services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.

12. Text messaging (SMS) terms
Rapid AEye sends SMS solely for one-time phone verification codes and, where you have opted in, account and request notifications. Consent is collected on the investigation request form and in your account settings; consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help; you can also contact us for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing; see our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
Any claim related to Rapid AEye's website or services shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the services are provided, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
